These terms set out the rules for every order placed on puritara.pro, operated by Puritara Wellness Sdn. Bhd. ("Puritara", "we", "us"). Placing an order means you accept these terms together with our Shipping, Returns & Refunds, Privacy, and Cookie policies. The terms displayed at the time the order is placed will apply to that order.

Company and business registration details are listed on the Legal Notice and in your order documents. Packages can only be returned to the specific address provided by us via email; packages sent to other addresses will not be accepted.
Buyers must be 18 years of age or older. Items and content on this site are provided for personal use only. We may decline or cancel an order if details cannot be verified, botanical supplies are out of stock, or fraud is detected, and your money will be refunded.
All prices are in MYR. Delivery charges are displayed at checkout before the order is finalized. In the event of an obvious pricing error in the system, we reserve the right to correct it, and you may choose to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel it at no charge.
Deliveries to addresses in Malaysia include VAT where applicable. For addresses outside Malaysia, customs clearance fees and import taxes are paid directly by the recipient to local authorities. Packages refused during customs inspection will have postage costs deducted from the refund total.
Accepted payment options are Bank transfer. Your bank card number or account details are not stored on our servers.
Your order is recorded once payment is confirmed. An order confirmation email will be sent to you. The sales contract begins when stock is handed over to the courier and the dispatch email is sent. We reserve the right to reject an order and issue a refund before handover to the courier.
Orders will not be processed if payment is incomplete or declined by the bank. For cash on delivery options, the order is canceled if the package is not collected or is refused upon delivery.
Your personal data is processed solely to manage package deliveries, answer inquiries, and ensure account security in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The use of digital trackers is described in our Cookie Policy. Both policies form an integral part of these terms.
Take supplements according to the directions on the label, bottle, and product guide. Keep out of reach of children. Images on this site show our actual products. Differences in color tones caused by your device display screen are not considered physical defects.
Store supplements according to the temperature conditions stated on the bottle. Do not consume products past their expiration date. Dispose of empty containers in accordance with local waste regulations.

Discounts are valid only for orders placed during the promotion and cannot be combined with other codes. Promotional codes must be entered at checkout before the transaction is completed. If you return an order that includes a free gift, the free gift must be returned as well.
Rates and estimated delivery times are listed on the Shipping page. Shipping times are calculated based on business days from courier dispatch and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Orders containing multiple different products may arrive in separate packages.
Products remain our responsibility until the courier delivers them to you or your representative at the delivery address. After that point, the risk transfers to you. Any bottles broken or damaged during transit must be reported to [email protected] within 48 hours along with photo proof. Packages returned due to an incorrect address will have actual shipping fees deducted before the remaining balance is refunded.
You may return an order within 45 days of receipt according to the guidelines on our Returns & Refunds page. Obtain a return reference number first and mail the package to the address we provide. Refunds cover the product price only; original shipping costs are refunded only if the error was ours or the product is found to be defective. Your statutory right of cancellation remains unaffected.
Delivered products must match their label and be free of bottle defects. Products are supplied in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act 1999 Malaysia. We guarantee that items are authentic, conform to label descriptions, and are safe for use following the daily dosage instructions on the bottle. Items with manufacturing defects within the statutory warranty period will be repaired, replaced, or refunded following our physical inspection. Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or personal negligence is not covered.
You are prohibited from making fraudulent transactions, disrupting website systems, copying other customers' information, or posting unlawful content. We reserve the right to suspend your account if these terms are violated.
All written content, botanical images, logos, and site code are the property of Puritara Wellness Sdn. Bhd. or its licensors. Viewing and printing are permitted solely for personal reference. Any reproduction for commercial distribution requires our prior written consent.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia. If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal discussions, the case may be filed in the courts where the seller's business is registered. Buyers retain the right to initiate proceedings in the courts of their place of residence under applicable consumer protection laws.
All order notices, purchase receipts, and terms amendment updates are sent to the email address you provide at checkout. Ensure your email account is active and check your spam folder; messages sent by us are deemed to have been received by you.
We may assign our business rights under this agreement to a successor company without affecting your rights as a buyer. You are not permitted to assign your rights under this agreement to a third party without our written consent.
If we do not take immediate action against any breach of these terms, this does not mean we waive our right to enforce them in the future.
If any provision here is found unenforceable under the law, the remaining clauses remain in full effect. The invalid provision will be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects its original intent.
We reserve the right to cancel accounts or reject new orders from individuals who violate these terms. Shipments currently in transit will not be affected.
These terms, attached related documents, and purchase confirmation receipts constitute the entire agreement between you and us. In the event of any translation discrepancies, the language version on the store where you purchased is governing.
