Returns & Refunds

Return rights are valid for 45 days from the delivery date. This policy applies if bottles are broken, contents are spoiled, products do not match the invoice, or simply due to a personal decision.

• Defective product or damaged bottle: we will replace the bottle or issue a full refund including original shipping charges. Please attach photographic evidence with your claim.
• Incorrect product sent: we will ship the correct item to your address and arrange the collection of the incorrect bottle at our own expense.
• Change of mind: bottles or packaging must be unopened, remain in the original box with intact labels. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Health products with opened seals cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, unless there is a manufacturing defect upon receipt.

• Before the 45-day period ends from the date of receipt, contact [email protected] or call +60 947 481 474. State the order number, return reason, and attach photos if the packaging is damaged.
• Our staff will reply within one business day. We will include a return reference code and the delivery address.
• Place the items in the original box. Include a note with the return number inside, then seal the box securely.
• Post the parcel to the address provided. Email us the courier tracking number. Keep the postal receipt until the balance is credited.

Physical inspection is carried out within 3 business days after the goods arrive. Confirmation will be sent by email. Funds are refunded using the original method: cash-on-delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer to your account, bank transfer orders are refunded directly to the original account. Bank processing takes 1-5 business days.

To change size or type, return the current product and place another order separately. We will refund the remaining balance after the items are received. Free cancellation is accepted before the parcel leaves the warehouse: email your order number to [email protected].
