The courier will call you upon arriving at your residential building. If there is no elevator, parcel handovers are usually conducted in the ground-floor lobby or main mail area.

You can return the product within 30 days from the date of receipt, provided the safety seal is unopened and the original box remains intact. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer and refunds are processed via bank transfer.
